UKGE - Air incisor tool The Air Incisor System uses compressed air to power a Fine Pneumatic Tungsten Needle Pen whilst removing the fine particles from obscuring your view when working with delicate fossils. This tool works well with a wide variety of rock types including Limestone & Chalk. Areas of material can easily be removed simply by touching the pen point onto the desired area. The Pen runs at 60PSI, 3000BPM and can be lowered for more fragile work or for softer material.

Abrasive Blaster This model sold all across the world to museums, educational establishments, geological preparation service suppliers and private individuals is an outstanding tool. We have kept the price low to make this available to as many as possible. This tool will remove matrix and grit and clean fossils very easily, quickly and effectively. The high speed and fine nozzle of this tool allows for very fast cutting action when using our aluminum oxide 220 grade, although the tool can cut even faster using course grades down to 100, or can be used to polish and remove bruising using higher grades such as 400 or 600. 125 PSI 1/16" tip (0.62" nozzle) Comes with Filter, Regulator and Pressure Gauge Non-pressurised container Taking grits upto 100 grade with a wide range of media. * Foot pedal control makes stop/starting the tool easy. * Pressure regulator, controls the cutting speed. * Flow valve controls the nozzle area concentration.

Micro Blaster The Microblaster is one of the highest quality fossil preparation system available. It is a standalone system, without the need for any extra compressor. It runs at 125psi with a 0.30" tip, giving a power more than twice that of the Abrasive Blaster. This Comco micro-abrasive blasters has been used by renowned museums on the preparation of Tyrannosaurus rex fossils as well as by artisans and hobbyists cleaning trilobites, crinoids, ammonites and other fossils. This single tank MicroBlaster, holds 3lbs of abrasive. Foot switch controlled or capable of integration into an automated system. Includes one .30" nozzle, one .045" nozzle, one bottle of 50 alumina to 125psi. 21kg.

UKGE - Air Abrasor 55 The Air Abrasion 55 System runs at 55PSI & uses 220 Aluminum Oxide as a compound for its cutting action. A special compound cup is provided in which air draws the fine compound and blasts against your fossil. This model is ideal for softer material such as clays, shale's and soft chalk, to clean and to remove bruising caused by air pens. The nozzle is narrow for very fine work.
